It is visualized clearly in the displayed wheel, and corresponds to the chord shape x0101x (strings 6th to 1st) which Robert Jonhson is playing, according to the tablature you show in the blogpost.

I've noticed that some parts of his music sound a lot like jazz harmonies. In my subjective opinion, Chopin's music had a big influence on jazz harmonies. Before him, not many people were doing things like polyrhythms, chromatic harmonies-i think he uses often uses shifting of root notes to do this in some way, big juicy chords-i've heard him use 9,11,13 chords, and so on - there's a lot to mention. Chopin also influenced Debussy, who had a big impact on jazz harmonies as well. Of course when you look at it all, it's clear that much of today's music wouldn't be the same without the groundwork laid by Bach.

The only time we hear an e major chord is at the beginning of the chorus, which harmonically and melodically resolves at the end of the phrase with a c#mi
